1. Cancellation Policy

In order to provide flexibility and ensure we deliver you with quality services, our cancellation policy is designed to help you in case you need assistance in that way, as we understand your plans may change. Please review the following terms related to the cancellation of our dance classes.

2. On-Demand Classes

  • Cancellation Process: You can request a cancellation by sending an email to support@royalspinslounge.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your cancellation request.
  • Refund Policy: Please note that on-demand classes are non-refundable. Your subscription will not renew after the cancellation is confirmed, but no refund or proportional refund will be issued.

3. General Notes

  • Missed Deadlines: Cancellations made after the stated deadlines will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase. In order to process the refund back to your payment method account, please allow it within the next 5-10 business days.
  • Subscription Renewals: Cancellations will stop the renewal of your membership for on-demand classes, but the current subscription period will not be refunded.
